Some music I have worked on in 2009

This prelude and this main composition are two tracks I wrote for someone who needed two "classical type" pieces for a manga project he was working on. They have some violins and piano licks, and were a fun and challenging project to work on.

I did a Bach Ambient Remix Mash of his Cello suite in G. I took all 5 movements, chopped and ran them through mad effects, and then played them all simeltanously, with each chopped movement pitch shifted up or down to create space in the frequency spectrum.

This track (called wlsleaves3) is one of the few "electronica" type things I have done recently. I did some freestyle beat chopping in a two track editor, recording the out put as I changed the area that the auto loop happens, then speed it up and put sounds over it that matched notes I scribbled down, which I now have lost and forgot.

This is an Owl People Remix Track that I made from samples taken from a recording session I did with said band in the Fall that I threw into my ambient music making machine. It is spacey.

This is an remix of Elbow's "One Day Like This" per a request by a guy from the UK that I met at a work related conference in San Antonio. I chopped a sample or two out of it, dropped a beat over it, keep the chorus, and pitch shifted shit like crazy. Good times.

The sqrt remix of Lady GaGa's Just Dance Song- it is kind of a two track chop, but I did get the accapella and chopped that up over top of the two track.

I have more of these that I can't find right now, some random collaborations and such.
